I work with individuals and couples looking to explore obstacles they feel are standing between them and a more fulfilling experience of their lives.
My practice is located just north of Leeds City Centre, in Chapel Allerton, with lots of free parking and on a number of bus routes. The room is on the ground floor and is fully accessible. My therapy room offers calm surroundings, to help you feel comfortable to talk about things that you are struggling with. The relationship you develop with your counsellor can help you to work out what is important to you and what is no longer helpful; to help you to live the life you want.
